Change in Date of Birth in Birth certificate

How I can change the date of birth in birth certificate? Because it was clerical mistake my brother's original birth date is 30/01/1976 and it is on his passport aadhar card pan card school leaving certificate and on his birth certificate it is 29/01/1976 so it can be changed now please guide?

Major Change (Full DOB different) If the date is completely different from the official records, the Registrar usually does not correct it directly. You will need a court order (declaration from a Judicial Magistrate or Civil Court).
