Certificates withheld by College

I am a PG (MD in General Medicine) from Tirunelveli Medical College.I have qualified the NeetSS entrance and has to submit original certificates in a week.But the college has been refusing to release the certificates.A bond was signed at the time of admission to do senior residentship for the govt. of TN or 40 lacs.But a court order was issued ordering that the certificates be released of those who are eligible for higher studies.Many colleges have given certificates, but my college is refusing.

hello, alocious here, I can well understand your grievance over this issue, firstly need a copy of the bond entered to understand the nature of the bond entered and it's binding nature, secondly if there's a Court Order then it shall be binding upon all parties and I can help you with procuring your certificates at the earliest, thank you
