Caste certificate related query

My parents are from Jabalpur and my birth place is also Jabalpur but we shifted to Maharashtra in my childhood so my entire education happened in Maharashtra. i want to make Central Caste Certificate for that state caste certificate needed and my caste is falling under central list of OBC in madhya pradesh. we are living in Maharashtra since 27 years so we have documents like adahr card etc from Maharashtra.I want to know am I eligible to make caste certificate from Madhya Pradesh.

Firstly you discover your paternal property record 1954 -55 .then you make a sejra of your family .sejra is certified by local body member of your area with 5 witness other of that area , you can also submit some other evidence support of you document as you father property detail and then apply
