Sir ham bihar k rahne vaale h or mera dob bhi bihar ka h.pr mere pita ji haryana ham sab ko lekar aagye the kaam karne k liye.meri schooling or greaduation ki padhai haryana se hui h.mere sare document haryana k h.meri cast or domicile pr haryana ka address h.kya me bihar se cast certificate bnva sakta hu? abki me bihar me rhne aagya hu.sir pleas help me.s
