14-Aug-2023 (In Civil Law)
WE HAS PUT A CASE AT BILASPUR HIGHCOURT CHALLENGING LAND ACQUISITION BEING DONE BY STATE GOVERNMENT. WE GOT STAY FROM THE COURT THEN THE MATTER WAS LISTED FOR FINAL HEARING. ON THE DAY OF FINAL HEARING JUDGE DE-LISTED OUR CASE. - WE LIKE TO KNOW WHY OUR CASE HAS BEEN DE-LISTED? - WHAT ARE THE VARIOUS REASON TO DE-LIST THE CASE? - WHAT SHOULD BE OUR NEXT COURSE OF ACTION? - HOW WE CAN AGAIN LIST OUR CASE?? if any more information is required do let us know. tHANKS
there is no particular reason for de-listing of a matter. as the matter was for final hearing the matters in the court on that particular day may be a lot/ ( as we say the board must be heavy on that particular day) the matter would be listed again within 4 weeks or as per priority, you can check with the registry once to have the matter listed.
