Cancellation Of GPA (Land) With Out My Knowledge

My wife cancelled my GPA which she gave for our layout in Chikkaballapur.now she cancelled it by giving paper advt with out my knowledge.i need legal aid .

GPA cancellation by paper publication is valid only if registered GPA is revoked through registered deed at Sub-Registrar office. Verify if revocation deed is registered. If unregistered, cancellation is invalid. File suit for declaration and injunction. Issue legal notice immediately.
