CAN RELIEF BE TAKEN AGAINST 3RD PARTY IN SEC 9 AFTER AMENDMENT IN 2015

can a relief be taken against the third party un der section 9 of the arbitration and conciliation act after the 2015 amendment act (Arbitration and Conciliation Act)?. Is there any Judgment to support this answer?

it is purely academic question which is being put up here. and asking for an answer in the forum is something which is not appreciated. It is better to go ahead with the learning once again and rather than asking the questions i. this forum , it is much better to involve a real person to answer it
