Can preschool be run in residential areas

A Pre School/Nursery School is run next to my home in row house bungalow scheme of which Municipal Corporation have approved scheme for residential zone only. What is law about the same? What are the legal remedies to shift/close this pre school from residential area. Please give reference of any petition about the same case.Thanks.
You can make a complaint to the housing society for shutting down of the same, if there is no action taken on their behalf then you can file a complaint in the municipal corporation, or you can make the pre school owners along with the society a party to the case in the jurisdictional tribunal for redressal of your problem.
