Can person plant a tree in front of my house without my permission

18-Nov-2023 (In Civil Law)
We live in a cooperative residential housing society. Ours is a corner house which has road from the front the southern wall. Can a person plant trees on the roadside very next to my house's southern wall without my permission because the trees planted might affect my house's wall? Also do I legally have any primary right regarding planting trees or shrubs next to the boundary wall of my house on the roadside? I have seen people planting trees or fencing the area of the roadside next to their house. What does the law say?

IF the tree is obstructing any road or causing or may cause any damage to your belongings you may object to the same by writing to the Municipal Corporation as well as to the forest department. With permission you may get it removed as well.
