can court intervene for error in exam question paper

If there is a wrong question in exams such that the error is sufficient to cause confusion/ambiguity in minds of students. Many students mailed about the error after the exam but no compensatory marks awarded by the exam conducting body. What can be done in this case? Can court direct the exam body to award marks?

We also need to know whether you have served legal representation to the institution or not. Since the question is vague and the institution is responsible for creating this issue. Every student shall be awarded the marks of that question.
