Can children play in society parks

14-Feb-2024 (In Civil Law)
Residents of our society are prohibiting children to play and saying park comes under MCD and fine will be imposed if you are caught playing. They say children are destroying grass and they unnecessarily water the park even in winters to stop them. Playing. Please suggest some ways.

Parks are for the children to play and the elders to walk and people to enjoy the park. Upon the very enjoyment no fines or objection will be raised by the MCD. Those people are misguiding and causing nuisance and unlawfully restricting. A complaint to the police for nuisance or civil case or complaint to the Judge Magistrate can be filed to give them directions not to do any such thing which causes hindrance to the use of others.
