can any person sell property acquired by Govt before 12 years what action can b taken against him an police make out case of cheating paymepayment done by cheque to seller
Yes, the person can be booked under cheating punishable under section 417 and 420 of IPC. Although the offence is bailable and non cognizable but the person can be punished with 7 years of imprisonment maximum under section 420 IPC as it involves the transaction of a property.
