BLO Appointment is not according to eci guidelines

Sdm appointed me as a blo by surpassing all other posts suggested by eci in guidelines for blo Appointment. Even my post is not in eci guidelines. according to guidelines blo should be voter of the same booth. I am not voter of that vidhan sabha. All posts that eci suggested in guidelines are available in area of that booth for blo Appointment but they appointed me by not considering any of them. Can i challange this in court
