BIRTH REGISTRATION AND CHANGE DOB IN AADHAR

29-Nov-2023 (In Civil Law)
Sir my father's age according to Aadhar card is 15/12/1980 We wish to register this birth , for (birth certificate) but we want to change this DOB to 15/12/1976. We don't have any relevant certificate to change the DOB in the adhar card. But we have a school Leaving certificate in which dob is mentioned 15/12/1976. So as per rule we have to take, order for birth certificate from 1st class magistrate as birth is not registered ,so can we take order for this DOB by showing leaving certificate

You have not disclosed as to why your father's DoB needs to be changed and for what purpose do you need to change it now? Also, as your said that Aadhar card has his DoB mentioned as 15/12/1980, which is incorrect but your source document given for Aadhar registration must have shown 1980 as your father's DoB. You need to say which document was produced for Aadhar registration with such 1980 information? Also why have you come to change something after son many years of Aadhar registration??? Do you have a valid Election card records? would you provide it on record? What's your DoB as per PAN card??? You haven't disclosed past service records for your father. How many elders in your close relatives can come to Court for jubani and verify that the DoB was wrong in all records amd documents? What is his DoB in matric certificate? We need all the above information about the legal query of yours. without which, we cannot help anyone. Be quick in gathering your relevant documents and facts as proof. Get in touch with relatives, at least 10-15 years elder than your father, who can face Court inquiry, if needed. Once you have all of these, you may go for legal formalities and get your matter in Court. For more details, feel free to connect with me. Thanks for contacting us.

There is no harm in making an attempt and since you know about the procedures more than a legal practitioner, kindly proceed with it! In case you don't get the wanted results, feel free to contact a legal practitioner!
