Birth certificate of my Mother

I wanted to apply for the birth certificate of my whole family including my mother. But I have been informed that i cannot apply for her birth certificate as her parents are not alive and she is born early before 1970. Is there any way i can apply for birth certificate and what are the documents that will be required for it?

jinka janm 1970 m hua hai unka koi birth certificate hoga bhi nhi agar o padhe likhe nhi honge to agar apki mother padhi likhi mahila hai to unka high school marksheet hoga usse janm praman patra ban skta hai y ap apne kshetra ke parshad se y Pradhan se jakar ek application likhwa kar laaye aur usse ban skta hai janm praman patra aur adhar m bhi to unhone birth date mention karwayi hogi n to janm praman patra banne m problem ku a rhi hai iske liye high school marksheet, aadhar card y fir apne parshad se janm praman application likha kar laye agar o pramanit karke dete hai to jarur ban skta hai apki mother ka janma praman patra
