Bad road planning and survey for new 4 line mainpuri bypass by pwd

Up pwd making a road with many flows in it. They passing it by making intersection on another road at between a Indian oil petrol pump and three residential houses in my agri. Land. The intersection at petrol pump increase the accident. They also have other options to pass it from other point in the same road. Can I file a case in supreme Court for resurvey again for considering intersection on other places.
You may first approach the concerned PWD authorities with a detailed written representation highlighting the risk and suggesting an alternative alignment. If they do not act, you may file a writ petition in the High Court (not directly in the Supreme Court) under Article 226 of the Constitution, seeking directions for a resurvey and safer road design. You cannot file a suit directly in Supreme Court. Initially a legal notice had to be served which is mandatory provision when government officials are involved.. then only you can file a civil suit in district court for temporary injunction and simantaneously you can ask for compensation or whatever is your need
