Baby name in Birth Certificate and for all future legal documents

Hi Team, I have given my son's name in Birth certificate as V.Sriabcd as we traditionally follow initials. But the latest naming formats doesn't accept initials and comes with first name, surname formats in PAN. Will this cause any mismatch issues ? Should I consider expanding his name as Sriabcd Vxyz ?
