Authenticity/Genuineness check of Fake Emails sent by a Buyer on Yahoo

Many false emails have been shown by our one Dealer in a case filed by him against our firm. He is saying he sent 152 Emails while we got only 26 Emails after we cancelled Dealership due to nonpayment stating Quality problem and asking for return of his full paid payment. His case is based on Fake Emails. In the court we called Yahoo India Pvt. Ltd. to check Emails but Yahoo is avoiding this for 1 year in Court saying it is not liable to check these as per law. Please tell the Law in such matter

You can file a declaration suit and you can also make party yahoo India pvt ltd. And you can challenge for fake emails. You can ask for payment showing his leniency towards his work by showing non performance documents and his work not done

you are required to file the case with proceedings from the cyber law and cyber crime and the matter will be directed to the relevant parties to show the details. Yahoo India pvt ltd. cannot avoid its liability. however it is mandatory to consult a learned advocate for the same
