Apply for government job but case in undertrial

Sir my question is that in Aug 2019 I had a BSF pet/pst but the officer there found faults in my documents and filed a case against me. So the case is under trial since Oct 2019. No one is coming to testify since Feb 2020. And the police testimony was to be taken but that too is not happening because the police have lost my case file. The case is not moving forward. Sir I want to ask that I am preparing for a government job. And I have also cleared 2 exams. Sir can I get a government job.
file a writ in high court concerned. and a case too against the erring officials. u can apply for a government job. state your facts what were the grounds of theirs and yours. what's are the facts on which they based their assertion and yours. u can surely file a case and can get job too
