Apartment Common way block, restructured entrance

26-Nov-2023 (In Civil Law)
I have purchased an apartment home in first floor about the year 2009. Our apartment has only 4 homes(Ground floor, GF-2 Nos and First Floor, FF-2 Nos). Both FF has larger UDS and larger area with balconies. There is a common way path from GF to FF; There is a Grill gate fixation on the FF during the apt purchase. Later, GF people did grill gate in the common way area. Actually, their entrance was 2 ft inside the common wall due to their apt home living area and UDS; now, they occupied.

hi, alocious here, from your query I can well understand that they occupation of the ground floor the common area from you and have caused agony to the occupants of the first floor, a suit can be filed directing the ground floor to shift the gates to the original condition and preserving a state that usually existed
