About withdraw request from nhrc how can i take back my complain

I want to withdraw my complain against dv from nhrc for which two case no. has been issued from nhrc and shrc now my matter has been resolving through an ngo with self mediation I am trying withdraw my complain I made several attempts online but no reeply any help?
you cam go to the high court . you can go online on the nhrc website and withdraw the complaint. you are going through ngo with self mediation. you can approach the court for quashing of cases.. you can approach the court and ask verbally for dismissal of the case
