About the chicken shop started near my house

Hello sir , I need to know the legal aspects to strat a chicken shop near a home in a village area. Near my house a chicken shop has been started with out taking any letter from us . So what are the steps I need to take close the shop leagally. Is there is any distance needed to start shop near house

before starting with chicken shop the person who starts has to get consent from the panchayat and no objection certificate , inauguration from the Nahin bar , you can file a complaint before the panchayat secretary aur health department showing health hazards due to the chicken shop ,
