A question Regarding government job.

04-Jul-2024 (In Civil Law)
Hello Sir/Ma'am One year ago I have received a pre litigation notice from Legal service. It was regarding the recovery of personal loan. I am a government job aspirant. cleared an exam recently. My confusion is that should I mention anything about this notice in attestation form? Because it was only a pre litigation notice to settle the amount outside the court, no any case was filed on me. Kindly reply, I need to mention anything or I can simply mark 'no' in the columns of attestation form.

You need not mention the details of the litigation on the attestation form as nothing is started yet and it is just a notice and nothing from the court. But it's advisable for you to reply to the said notice and settle this matter as soon as possible. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
