51 A claim in aided higher secondary school

The manager of the aided school resorts by transfer appointment every time the vacancy for HSST History arises under the management and denies my legal right and uses all illegal acts to keep me away from the claim. RTI application denied. Uses his power and money to get his illegality legal. I am sure that 100% my claim is legal but struggling.
