Written Arguments Related Matter

Court in a cheque bounce case has put up the matter for judgment/clarification if any. Can we submit written arguments at this stage ?.

If liberty is given you may. If not you can mention the matter asap and request that Written Submissions be filed. It is better to have your submissions on record, if god forbid the order is against you at least the appellate court will have all your arguments on record.

You can submits judgements to support your side. That will surely help.. look up for good judgments related to your matter and submit it in the court on the next date of hearing before pronouncement of judgement

yes , written arguments can be submitted even before NDOH. your advocate can assist you in filing the written arguments as a supplementary documents but please get your advocate file for the same at the earliest
