Where can i file revision petition under section 138 of NI Act

Dear sir, I won my Cheque bounce case last year 2016. Where I was a complainant. Cheque amount was 1lac of rupees. MM passed order of 1 lac 5 thousand only. 5 thousand as compensation. Plus 8 days imprisonment. In default of payment 2 moths jail. The accused got bail and moved to Session Court for Appeal. What is the best option for me to file Revision in the same session court or in High Court. Where will I get an early judgment. In Sessions Court or in High Court. I want to file Revision 397. Thanks
It depends on the state in which you are living. In any case filing a Revision in Sessions Court is advisable for the reason that pendency in High courts is more and in order to get an early relief, it is advisable to approach Sessions Court.
