Procedure for settlement in cheque bounce case

i m running 138 case i have done settlement with the client who has case a file on me there are warrant issued on my case if complaintant has to remove the case is warrant removed r issued & do i will get the NOC of that case on that day or i have to pay court fees of that case no fees is applicable plz kindly suggest me what will be the procedure of the case to to withdraw it.

Necessary applications an pursis and other documents have to be moved before the court as per the requirement of the procedural and applicable law. Complainant can withdraw the case but for that your advocate must satisfy all the law points to the court.

if your matter is settled you should simply withdraw it by filing pursis. Refund of court fees would depend upon stage of case. further guidance i think you should speak to lawyer handling 138 mattes.

Dear client if court has issue the warrant then only court can cancel it. In hearing date go with other party to court and once other party state before judge that he receive total amount and want to withdraw the case also. Then court will cancel warrant as well as allow to withdraw the case. For any legal help call me Adv prasad patil Pune
