payment recovery ka suit tb daal skte h jb beech mae cheque ka koi lain dain nhi kike yeh civil suit hoga . Agar cheque ka lain dain h toh criminal suit banega toh ap phle ye clear kre ke cheque se koi lain dai. H ya phir apke paas koi proof h paise dene ka.

Sabse pehle ek legal notice bhejna zaroori hota hai. Yeh notice vakil ke through bheja jata hai jisme aap paise ki detail, dene ki tareekh aur repayment ki demand likhte hain. Notice dene ke baad aam taur par 15–30 din ka time diya jata hai payment ke liye. Kai baar notice se hi matter solve ho jata hai.
Agar wo payment nahi karta, to aap civil court me recovery suit file kar sakte hain. Agar aapke paas written proof jaise agreement, receipt, bank transfer record, WhatsApp chat ya cheque ho, to aap Summary Suit (Order 37 CPC) file kar sakte hain jo fast process hota hai.
