Hello sir, I am in an IT company. There is bond for 2 years including my training internship. After completion of training I'm an employee of that company and I have d worked there for 1month. After some days I knew from family that my father health is not good and I'm only child of my parents so I need to be there and I informed company that my father needs me so I'm going to my hometown and I'm leaving the job. As my company Bond said if I left then I have to pay 45000₹ to company but I belongs to a middle class family and the needs for father's health so I couldn't pay them whole amount I requested them that I can pay them 25 to 30k but they were refused and also not giving me time to pay amount. When I heard about father's health issue i came to home town and also I didn't request them to give me my first salary still they are refusing all requests. We are not able to pay them all amount. As per the recent development in law made by the Supreme Court and various High Courts, such bonds are lopsided and are not legal and enforceable under law.

You can send a legal notice to the company for asking for your dues.

If the company takes any legal action against you to ask for the bond amount, you must contest it in the court of law as the enforcement of these employment bonds is not maintainable under law.
