I want a copy Of arrest Warrant Issued
02-Aug-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
A person cheated me with a cheque bounce and I filed a case. He is from a different state. An arrest warrant is sent the police of his jurisdiction to arrest him. But the police does not seem to take any action. Can I get a copy of the arrest warrant from my lawyer, issued to the police against the accused.

You have to take an order from the Judge for hand warrant and pay nominal process fees in the concerned pending branch of the court and take the warrant to the jurisdiction court where the accused resides and take the police and arrest the accused

Sir you won't get copy of arrest warrant, the arrest warrant issued by the Hon'ble court through police only but not any mode of executing the warrant. you should follow-up the process, when the Hon'ble court issued arrest warrant, you have to pay the process fees in the court and thereafter sent to the concerned police station to execute the arrest warrant, art that time you need to approach the concerned police station and execute the arrest warrant, if not execute the concerned, you are required to approach higher authority like as DCP, ACP.
