Ecs bounce sec 25 Summon received from Court to appear

Currently I have no money to clear dues due to unemployment. Financial issues happened due to multiple loans. What to do ? Appear in court is mandatory or not. Bank filed case on full loan amount is it correct?
You'll have to pay for the loans you have taken and only the interest part can be open to negotiation in court. Banks typically file cases for recovery on the full loan amount but the same can be displayed in court.
