I want to open a grocery website xyz.com but in our town there is grocery store with name " xyz" so is there any problem to open a website looking like using someone else name?

You will have to check whether the name of store is registered under trademark act or not. if it is not registered you can also use the same name in any type of business. Otherwise you will be caught under trade mark act.
Q: what is criteria to decide as he land is rural or urban?
My agricultural land is situated at approx 8 kms aerial distance from municipal corporation limit.How I can decide it as rural or urban land from long term capital gain point of view.As per income tax act rural land is exempted from capital gain tax.I want to resolve my doubt .Thanks

According to new law from 2015. the range for capital gain purpose is changed. Now the limit is 6 KM from municipal limits, if the population of of city is from 1 lakh to 5 lakh and the limit is 2 km from municipal limits if the population is up to one lakh.

Sir/Madam Please let me know if I withdraw money from my NPS Tier 2 account, then will it be added to my income?

Withdrawls of money from NPS Tier 2 account is not taxable, so can not be added in your income. The investment under this account is taxable but yearly earnings are tax free. so you can withdraw the amount without any problem

Can I claim income tax refund for fy 2012-13 by filing return now.

Yes, You can file belated return for claiming refund. you have to make an application to the commissioner of Income Tax giving explanation for delay in filing return. The CIT can condone the delay and you can get refund.
