Is it possible to get loan restructuring after cheque bounce if previous payment was made on time and how to draft a mail to be sent to lender inorder to prevent a court case and amicably resolve it.

Yes. Loan restructuring can be requested even after cheque dishonour, particularly where the borrower has a consistent history of timely repayments. The borrower should immediately approach the lender in writing, explain the circumstances, and propose a reasonable repayment schedule. Though restructuring is subject to the lender’s approval, a bona fide request may facilitate an amicable settlement and help avoid litigation.
Q: Bonafide execution of duties or not
The employee was on official sanctioned tour, upon return he filed for claim. However, it was found that he produced 11 fake bills and a criminal case was filed against him. He is now appearing in court every once in a month as accused, he wants to treat those appearance as 'on official tour'. But according to our rules, claim is when "the accused where prosecution arises from act committed/purported to be committed in "bonafide execution of duties". Is these appearance comes under this?

In my considered view, such appearances cannot be treated as “official tour”. The employee is attending the criminal court in his capacity as an accused, and the proceedings arise out of the alleged submission of fake bills, which cannot be regarded as an act done in the bona fide execution of his official duties. Hence, the period spent in attending such criminal proceedings would not fall within the scope of the said rule.
