Q: Regarding judgement copy in divorce case

I have filed a petition after 2 years of marriage for divorce in family court Jaipur in April-2018 as my wife didn't want to live with me since the first day after marriage. The court has granted a decree for divorce on 12th June-18 and I get a copy of decree on the same day of decree order from Judge. I want to know that whether court also issues a Judgement in this matter and if so, then how can I get a copy of the judgment of our divorce.

You should filed an application for issue of copying of judgement of Divorce Petition in Family Court Jaipur. Your personal appearance is necessary for filing Application . You should also contact any Advocate for this purpose.

Q: Cheque received from an individual has bounced

Sir I had received a cheque of Rs 10000 that had bounced due to the insufficiency of funds. The drawer of the cheque is not giving the money despite asking several times after this cheque bounce scene Sir what should I do now to recover my money.

The dishonour of cheque is a criminal offence and is punishable by imprisonment up to two years or with monetary penalty or with both. The payee has to sent the notice to the drawer within 30 days from the date of receiving “Cheque Return Memo” from the bank. The notice should mention that the cheque amount has to be paid to the payee within 15 days from the date of receipt of the notice by the drawer. If the cheque issuer fails to make a fresh payment within 15 days of receiving the notice, the payee has the right to file a criminal complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The complaint should be registered in a magistrate’s court within a month of the expiry of the notice period. You should consult with an Advocate.

Q: What to if i have problems with husband sister

My problem is with my husband's sister-in-law . She verbally quarrel with me for every little thing . She use to torture me mentally by humiliating me infront of everyone . These is no support of my husband and any family member. I have a 3 months old baby boy .

Your husband's sister- in- law behavior is a cruelty and an offence under Indian penal code. You should filled a complain against your husband's sister- in- law in nearest Police station or in the court under section 498 A of Indian penal code. If you think, other family members also supported to your husband's sister-in -law, you should also filled complain against other family members.

Q: Procedure after received a divorce notice

Husband living in different city and not taking care of child properly and doesn't love her.she stays with my parents and I live in different city for my job.he forces me to leave job and stay with him but never spends his money for me and my daughter.he lives in a joint family and they all insist me to leave job and stay with them.I tried but they are too much greedy and demand dowry from me not even take care of my daughter so I am not leaving job and doesn't want to go there.he comes at my place and take away money from me.Now he says give divorce to him and make him free so that he can remarry.He has sent divorce notice what to do now?please help. You should give reply of Notice through your Advocate and You should file a complain against your husband in Police station or court for cruelty and demanding dowry under section 498 a of IPC. Q: Am I liable to pay maintenance charges without getting the possession

Hi! I am from Jaipur & bought a shop in a Mall in 2013 for which the registry was done in 2013 and till date the possession has not been given. The builder started charging the maintenance charges from 2014 whereas at that point of time the work was still going on in the building. Am I liable to pay maintenance for that period? Waiting for the advice. Thanks
