I seek legal advice regarding online sexual exploitation, coercion, and emotional abuse by a man with whom I was in an online relationship for two years. Despite my clear refusals, he knowingly exploited my emotional dependence and coerced me into sharing intimate images and participating in explicit video calls. There is no offence for OnLine Sexual Exploitation or Harrasment . But so far as the obtained photographs if it is genuine then you may file complaint before Local Police , Register a FIR against the accused.

Q: I was assaulted in front of Mahanadi Vihar Police fandi

I was intoxicated so I accidentally took someone elses battery scooter which looked like mine and I pushed that to my resident which was nearly 200 300 meter as I was injured I went there seeking medical help but after finding out that the battery Scooyer was not mine I went the police fandi to return it but I was assaulted by the owner of both scooter as the EV was not mine and I borrowed it from some one they beat me infront of Police constable and the constable took no action

File a complaint against the culprits. if you know them name them. If you are afraid of going to police station physically , as per New BNSS you can give an E-FIR through Email also provided you have to go again within 3 days to PS to handover the physical copy and mark your signature. The third option you can do , send the FIR through post , then after 2 to 3 days give a representation to the DCP, Cuttack if your FIR is not registered yet. if the above remedies rendered useless , you directly file a 1CC (complaint case) before Concerned Magistrate or before High court of Odisha , Under CRLMP. Your FIR will be registered .since you have mentioned , you have been assaulted at P.S , you should collect CCTV footage of it . Ask in RTI to the PIO to handover the CCTV footage of the relevant date, clip time .

A girl was married since nov30 2022.she was facing domestic violence from the marriage bcz of class issues in between both families. She filed fir in PS after catching her husband with other girls with the help of police on 14 August 2024.the grrom was arrested and remained under custody for 42 days.She registered an Fir in NCW on 8th march 2023.they both had touch in phn and some time they met privately bcz that boy asked her to compromise .that guy committed suicide alleged the girl abets him.

The charge of abetment under BNS is legally untenable in this case as the essential element of 'instigation' an active, proximate act intended to drive the deceased to suicide is conspicuously absent. Merely pursuing legal remedies, such as filing an FIR for domestic violence or approaching the NCW, constitutes the exercise of a statutory right and cannot be construed as incitement, nor can the wife be held criminally liable for the husband's hypersensitivity or inability to cope with the guilt of his own infidelity and subsequent custody. The fact that the parties were in communication to negotiate a compromise further negates any mens rea or intent on her part to abet his death. However, given the gravity of the allegations, the wife must immediately secure Anticipatory Bail under Section 482 BNSS to safeguard her liberty against arbitrary arrest, allowing her to cooperate with the investigation while demonstrating that her actions were lawful legal pursuits rather than criminal incitement.
