I want to transfer my Late Father's Indane Gas Connection in my name, as the Gas Agency distributor asked me to obtain a Legal heir certificate issued by court. So pls suggest me how shall I apply for the same, required documents, duration of making the certificate. Regard

Previously legal heir certificate has been issued to the persons, by the MRO , Recently it has been amended as Family Member Certificate which will be issued by the MRO if you want legal heir certificate or Succession Certificate you should approach the concerned court

police cannot interfere in civil disputes supreme court matters, Whereas recently lot of civil cases are dealing by the Police Itself, whereas recently lot of people are approaching human rights commission with regard to civil matters with the interference of police. whereas after obtaining stay order police should not interfere . u can better approach your advocate and tell him.

Q: How can we recover our money from the builder

We booked a Villa worth 85 lacs in Hyderabad.. We paid 15 lacs and had sale agreement but not registered.. The Builder did not give documents pertaining to loan for Bank.. We wanted to withdrew.. But Builder ignored our calls and finally after 2 years he gave us post dated cheques. The cheques were deposited by father in law on my behalf in Hyderabad as we moved out of country.. But all cheques were bounced.. The returned cheques were again deposited but had bounced one more time. The builder is ignoring our calls.. My bank account is in Bangalore. The builders cheques were deposited in Hyderabad branch which were bounced.. We filed an online consumer case.. We want to file a cheating case but the lawyer says we need to file a case from Bangalore.. We also came to know that we need to give notice before filing the case.. Can the notice be given from Htderabad.. As we are out of country how can we deal with this.. Being abroad can we file a case.. If so please guide me..

first of all i want to know is whether sale agreement is obtained on 100 rs bond paper and what is the period which has been mentioned in it. whether the cheques are in your name or in the name of your father in law

you can file divorce case in court of law, for filing divorcee case in court of law after completion of one year of your martial life, you can file case by keeping all the medical records even though he is unwilling to get divorce from you

Q: Legal procedure to change the name on a sale deed

Hi, Good day! Agriculture land Property document registered with a namein 1986, whe n I am minor, and the name changed to another name  in 10th class, and all ID proofs are with the same name . Please advise process of changing the name on sale deed in India. Regards

whereas there is no process of changing of name in the sale deed which has been already executed in 1986first of all i want to know that whether the seller who has sold the property is alive , if he is alive you can get an rectification deed but the stamp duty is to be payable to the government as per present market value only.
