Q: Packers and movers hired and handed over goods but not delivered yet

I have hired a packers and movers agency in Greater Noida to send household items from Ghaziabad to Mumbai. It's been more than 24 days but everyday agent is giving false promises and not delivering goods. What should I do?

Collect all proofs of your valuable goods for assessing cost of your goods which you send from movers n packers and file a consumer complaint with the grievances and damages including mental harassment or you just send a notice describing all facts.

Q: Seeking Divorce based on desertion and cruelty

Wife living separately for more than 3 yrs both party did not file any cases yet. I am from Rajasthan but working in Noida. Wife is also from Rajasthan but different city. We stayed for 1 month in Noida extension after that she went to her parents. My marriage is not consummated. Seeking advice should I file divorce.

Definitely, if and otherwise you both won't be get judicially separated. You both are living separated and there is not any proceedings in regard to your marital life so it will be better to get Divorce and if you both are of same mind then go for Mutual or Consented Divorce.

Q: Bullying into accepting unwanted product just coz they had their money

Hi,We hired an interior design firm in early 2020 as its was pandemic period and i didnt want my parents to have unnessary contacts with people but we had to move in to our flat. So its been more than 6months but their services argent complete till now. They asked for money up front first as an advance which was fine but then asked for full payment before dispatch of product an refuse to risarch untuk payment was done. When product arrived and it was not as we wanted they dernier talking it back or even exchanging it . Constant mental harrasment just because they reveived their payment and hide behind corporate rules and regulations and beaurocratic excuses . None of them are at their office coz they all are working from home and keep avoiding our texts and calls . I dont live in india but this is frustrating for my retired parents . How do i approach consumer court with this issue? Can i claim the entre amount i paid to livspace? How much would an lawyer will charge?

firstly where do you live if you are outside India then it won't be possible to file consumer case in India it can only be file in India itself secondary all the damages and money can be recovered from the concerning firm by filing consumer case, case in permanent Lok Adalat. advocate will charge fix money, on percentage basis percentage basis
