Q: Objection From Parents When I Sell Property

I got old construction house as gift Deed from my mother at 2021 than I demolished and constructed new hose last 2 years back than I sold property to my wife.last 3months back, now issue is my self and my wife wanted to sell property to others but my parents are objection , they are saying don't sell, how to proceed?

If your parents want to cancel the property that you received as a gift from them, they must do so within 3 years, otherwise, even if they file a case now, they must show a specific reason, so that you will not have any problems since it has been more than 3 years since the gift was received by you

Q: I signed some blank cheques and I give to my friend to keep with him

I signed some blank cheques and I give to my friend to keep with him, because I am an nri.Now my friend and I have some disturbances and he don't return my signed blank cheques and we are not talking at all. Now he is talking outside near other friends that he have my cheques and he is telling to them he know how to get my property's and he want to bounce and do some legal issues.I want my cheques back from him what i can do Please advice me Thank you

You should first file a complaint online at the correct jurisdiction police station, in which you provide the numbers related to your checkbook, and the police will book a case. After that, even if your friend or anyone else uses your check, the complaint you have given now will be very useful.

Q: My daughter wants to do court marriage in hyderabad in december.

My daughter lives in London and so her fiancé. They will be visiting in December. They want to register their marriage, either under SMA or under HMA. What is the process and documents required?

It depends on the caste, for example, if one is Hindu and the other is Christian, then a special marriage can be applied for, and if two are Hindu, then a Hindu marriage can be applied for. And the required documents for them are 1) Marriage card 2) Marriage photos 3) Aadhar card, and the registered marriage slot should be booked at least 30 days in advance.
