Q: Modifications / Changes of WILL
Husband has written a WILL and made his legal wife and Daughter as executors. He has mentioned that his WILL is last / final. He has not mentioned that this WILL can be modified / changed by his wife after his death. Husband has now expired. Can his legal wife change WILL to allocate wealth among his heirs as per his wish ?
