Agar rasta aapki zameen par hai aur dusre vyakti ko koi legal right ya purana easement nahi diya gaya hai, to woh us raste ka istemaal free mein nahi kar sakta. Aapko poora adhikaar hai ki aap us raste ko bandh karein. Court se injunction/stay lekar hum unko rok sakte hain taaki bina haq ke koi bhi aapki zameen ka rasta na le sake.Aap apne documents mujhe dikhaiye, main aapke liye poori legal process taiyaar kar dunga aur aapko step-by-step proper solution de dunga.

my insured mobile device under my Jeeves mobile insurance policy, claim was registered in sep 2025 for repair of mobile however they informed telephonically that mobile is lost and they will provide 40% money and to send bank details which were sent promptly in 4th oct.However i enquired with courier company and they told mobile is with them as jeeves has not accepted the package sent,which unfortunately I informed jeeves and again after receipt told again lost.but still no refund of money

Based on the facts provided, this clearly amounts to deficiency in service and possible misrepresentation by Jeeves. Since the courier company has confirmed that the device is still with them and was never accepted by Jeeves, their claim that the mobile is “lost” appears unjustified. You should immediately collect all supporting evidence such as courier tracking details, call recordings, emails and policy documents. Send a written notice to Jeeves asking them to process your refund/claim within 7 days. If they still fail to resolve the issue, you can file a complaint before the Consumer Commission seeking refund, interest, and compensation for harassment.
