Q: I sent a notice to my wife for divorce, now she filed complaint
My wife left matrimonial home in nov 2020, and i tried to convince her a lot by visiting her twice, but in my last visit in dec 2021, I brought my son along with me by requesting her, as my son gave some hint that he is not happy there, also came to know of her having some extra marital affair, still in jan i convince her on phone to come back, similarly In feb as well, but she doesn't want, so i sent a divorce motive a month back, nown now she filed complaint for child that i have forcefully keeping my son with me, in woman cell, nAlthough without fail i m making my son speak to her on daily basis, my son doesn't want to speak or go back as she has physically and verbally humiliated and abused.
