Q: Remedy as vehicle purchased already sold to another person before

2 years after purchase of activa, i found on official records through activa service centre that the activa was sold to someone prior too. though the registration is in my name, but it clearly shows that the vehicle was sold 6 months earlier to someone else. can i hook in the head office because primarily they told me that the activa is new when i had doubts?

File Case in Consumer Forum. First you have to service Legal notice to all concern authorities of Honda (Parties - Honda Dealer / Service Center / Honda Company) and after legal notice you may file suit in District Consumer forum within 30 days with proper supporting documentary evidence.

Q: Conditions under which bailable warrant is issued

what is ballable warrant & which condition take this action,pls suggest me

When Court issued Summon time and again and person ignore the same, then court will issue 1st Balance warrant and after that non bail able warrant if bail able warrant issued then you should present in court on the date fixed.

Q: How to recover money from a friend who I gave cash to

4 year back I gave some money to my known by cash he gave me a check my name and amount filled by him without date now he refuse to give my money please help

You hv to clear full situation. When you got chq. any proof regarding cash payment. Telephonic conversation etc if any. Then you can file recovery suit. You can also present chq in bank and file case u/s 138 of NI act if chq. Dishonor. But you should ensure before filing suit beacuse in this situation if your friend is cheating you then in one hand he gave you chq and another hand he file FIR for chq lost then you will fall in trouble. So it is better come with all detail and discuss. Definatly you can recover your money.

Q: Refund from 10 year holiday membership plan

I was forced to take a Holiday membership and sign the agreements of 10 years plan. I visited a company on 24th Feb where they almost convinced me to take the membership. The membership offered 1) 7 days/6 nights every year to their 4/5 Star Hotels. 2) 3 Bonus weeks 3) 12K Flight offer 4) 3 Days/2 Nights at Jim Corbett The membership fee is 1,55,000 and 7,000 Annual Maintenance Charges. I actually paid 1,45,000 then they showed me the agreements. It was written that the membership fee is non-refundable. I asked them to refund the amount but they told me that I have to sign this documents and have to take the first holiday then only I can have the refund. Then they later said that I can email to the support for the refund and cc- them in the email. They will help me in getting the refunds. But I doubt about this. They also said that I will get a confirmation call from their main branch about the membership and I should say "all yes". How can I get the refund?

First you will have to send a legal notice to them for this cheating on following ground :-1. No booklet was provided to you for terms etc. at the time taking chq. In these type of cases CFs are very well aware that these type of companies adopt the tactics to be fool the customers. So you will definitely get the relief.
