Q: How to get the divorce without proof of harassment
I belong to Hindu banya community and HV being married for two n half years.During marriage my in-laws took 8 lakhs rupees in cash but they utilize it for their personal use n took car on loan without our consent. Secondly my husband is their foster son which they didn't told us. There is no legal proof of his adoption.Thirdly throughout the tenure of two and half years my husband who is bank manager in gov bank along with my in-laws has given a great mental torture to me.I HV recently delivered baby by c section after which I HV become bed ridden for at least 10 days where my husband n inlaws inhuman behaviour is at height.I feel so depressed now that I no longer want to stay with him anymore.I HV no proofs with me for above things.kindly pl guide me as to what should I do in order to get divorce.Also iam non working so what is the criteria for alumini

Hi, you can file a complaint against your in-laws under section 498a ipc for torturing .You may file a complaint under section 12 domestic violence act, against your in-laws .And you can file a petition for divorce .File a complaint under section 125 crpc for maintenance.

Please confirm if Mahila Aayog and Helpline 1091 both are same department or different. I also had a counselling through 1091 but no relief . My husband still keep torturing me mentally and physiically.

Q: Legal remedy in case girl gave false promise of marriage
Sir/madam i was in a relationship with a girl for about 4 years. We never had physical sex except kisses. We both wanted to marry. I invited her to my sister's marriage and introduced her as my sister's friend to my parents. She went to shopping and was involved in the whole preparations. After 1 week of my sister's marriage i disclosed my relationship to my parents and asked for their permission for marriage. My parents refused for once as she is from other caste. I am in armed forces. When i returned to duty my mom called that girl and asked her to give phone to her parents but she refused. She misbehaved with my mom on phone. After that i called that girl and requested her to apologise to my mom. I even told her to bring her parents to my home. But she didnt and she threatened me for police complaint. Now she has filed a complaint in police . What should i do?
