Q: My friend aged 55 arrested as he is one of beneficiary of scam
Some scam worth 80 cr was done where government money was transferred to some people from fake government account and withdrawn ultimately by government employees. The people whose accounts were misused to withdraw that money includes my friend who is arrested in section 409,420,467,468,471,120B along with him 2 of his partners also arrested and 7 other beneficiaries as well and one government employee mastermind as well. When to go for bail before or after challan? Should we get it rejected ?

Sir my uncle died in 2015, and my aunt comes to her house back with her 2 children and we all decided that if she was going to married then those 2 children are returned to us. Now she got married and she has 1 son after marriage. Now we want our child back what is the leagel process for this sir.

Q: Mothers name issue in her vs our documents
Thing is like my mothers name in her documents is assume abc Mehta. But me and in my brothers documents it’s xyz Mehta. Now whenever we go for verification of anything they read mothers name is abc Mehta in her docs and in our docs it’s xyz Mehta or xyz and because of this we are facing difficulties. Now we want her name to be xyz Mehta so that we don’t need to change in our documents as they’re a lot.

Q: Consumer Court case againat RWA
RWA has illigally occupied a part of (Reduced the size) my purchased covered parking from builder. 2 sides of my parking has common space for entry/Exit. one side has a piller that separtes from another parking. Fourth/Last side has also piller, where it was reduced by RWA. I have provided all proof of the Parking lines when I got it from Builder. but they ignored all these proof and are not replying on it. I have photos of the parking when I got it from the builder.

if you do not pay the challan within 3 months then it is sent to the concerned court having jurisdiction, after 3 months your challan gets listed on virtual e court and there online you can pay your reduced challan amount however if you feel to contest the same and can request to send it to physical court and fixed on the date of lok adalat and can there pay your fine
