my wife is separated from me last from 3 years and now after 3 years se has lodge wrong fir against me for 498A when I have sent legal notice to her for section 9 . 9 lakh rs was transfered by my father in law in my mother's bank account before my marriage . But after my marriage I have never demanded for dowry . But when I have applied for anticipatory bail in session court it got desmissed . Now I want to apply anticipatory bail from high court .
