Q: Procedure to get GST number for the shop

My father left a business garment and cloth shop for me .I want to take a gst no for the shop .So what should I have to do to get gst no.

You can take the GST Registration by applying through a taxation advocate or a CA, by applying certain documents such as Pan, adhaar, pass book etc. then the process will take around a week to get the GSTIN Number.

Q: How to apply for answer sheet in a government exam

I had applied for operator(fitter) post recruitment in HAL,Acessy. Division,Lucknow.its Advertisement no. HAL-ADL/1211/HR/R/2018/01 the total no. of vacancies were 131 exam was held on 01/04/2018 (sunday) and i did not received answer sheet for it how can i get my answer sheet by any procedure and i request you to carry out the legal procedure for it such that i receive my answer sheet for the given exam.

One can get any information from any Government or semi government department applying through the RIGHT TO INFORMATION (RTI) . In the same manner an examinee can get the certified copies of the answersheets .

Q: Legal remedy for extra time to repay the remaining of loan amount

hi sir . I am running one school in uttar pradesh and purchase a school bus from Tata motor finance. i was failed to do the payment on schedule time. last month i comitted to settle the payment in one time . and settlement amount was 3,60000 . But i pay 2,05,000 in three part since last month. i will pay rest amount also in 15-20 days. But Finance company individual they are putting lot of pressure and asking to surrender the bus. due to my financial and health condition i am enable to make payment in 3-4 days but i can pay in 20 days. sir, can you suggest me to to take steps for getting 20 days time

Hello dear,As you explained your problem, two remedies can be availed. Firstly you can complain to the city magistrate of your concerned area and secondly you can file your grievance with the consumer forum.

Q: Bank take order from DM office for possession of under trial property

I have one property in indirapuram ghaziabad, on this property I have the 3rd registry taken through axis Bank home loan. Now this loan is closed. But during loan period someone fraud has taken home loan against this property now financial bank has take possession on order br DM office. This case is already in drt lucknow. My question is that is it possible that in under trail case, bank can take order from DM office to take possession of property. Please support .

Hello dear,If it is a trial then it means a criminal complaint has been lodged before the court , one cannot move to any other authority till the matter is in the court. However if you are in a phase of anxiety then you should contact with a local attorney and get a civil remedy in the form of injunction suit.

Q: Bank filled suit without giving notice to me, what to do ?

There are some Points i want to mention. 1.I have taken education loan in 2013 of Rs. 2lakhs from SBI. 2.The Branch relate my education loan account with my mom account as co-borrower as she has a SBI salaried account. 3.After i secure job i have started EMI for the same. 4.Bank never inform me about any skip EMI or late EMI. 5.Now my mom need personal loan for my brother marriage but they filed a suit against my education loan account which directly impact my mom account. so her cibil score is very poor.so they refuse to grant the personal loan because of this. they never complain about any issue or no notice about it. Any suggestions are highly appreciable what i can do to deal with this situation. Thanks a ton in advance.

Hello dear,I have studied your matter as per the information you gave, I will advise you to contact to a local lawyer for preparing reply of the Notice and if neccessary take the matter to the arbitration or to the Lok adaalat for early and just disposal of the dispute.
