Section 197 of U.P. Revenue Code - Refund of purchase money

Description

Where the sale of any property is set aside under Section 192 or Section 193, the purchaser shall be entitled to receive back his purchase money plus in the case mentioned in section 192, an amount equivalent to five percent [one per cent] of such money deposited for that purpose by the defaulter.
