Section 142 of U.P. Revenue Code - Recovery of arrears of rent from asami of Gaon Sabha, etc

Description

Arrears of rent due from an asami holding land from a [Gram Panchayat] or other local authority either before or after the commencement of this Code, shall be recoverable as an arrear of land revenue.
