Q: Name change for CBSE marksheet for SSC and HSC board examinations.

Do I need to get a gazette if I want to change my name from FIRST NAME - LAST NAME to FIRST NAME - FATHER NAME - LAST NAME. Plz note I have my name in the form of FIRST NAME - FATHER NAME - LAST NAME in all govt documents.Please note that I have passed my SSC and HSC in 2021 and 2023 respectively.Plz let me know if any other documents can be helpful
