Q: Non-Compliance of approved/sanctioned layout of Golf Link Society

There is a 15m wide concrete wide road provided by the builder in the society and same was shown in brochure for selling of flats. Now he has sold the land to other builder and is closing the road. How can we claim our right?The road has been shown in the index plan attached with registry. Further the road was in use for last 7 years.

It is a injunction suit , injunction suit under the Specific Relief Act because the route was provided in the registry of the flat and nobody can improve or change the road or close the road and it is equalent described in the eastiment act .

Mai Aik pvt company me job karta hu Mayke walon ne meri wife ko itna uksaya Huva hai ki wo Apne riste Ke bare me bhi nhi sochti,in baton ko Lekar Mai Bahut depression me hu samajh me nhi aa raha Kya karu wo log Mujhe Aur mere ko jhoothe case me fasana chahte hai, Aur mere rishte ko tod kar Mujhe barbad Karna ki kosis suru se kar rahe hai. Mayke walon ka itna interfair hai ki wo jo karte hain wife meri Wahi Karti hai mere sahit poor Ghar 1.5yr se Bahut paresan hai. आप हिंदू विवाह अधिनियम की धारा 9 के तहत दाम्पत्य अधिकारों का पालन कराने के लिए संबन्धित परिवार न्यायलय में वाद दायर करा सकते हैं जिसमे आपकी पत्नी को न्यायलय आप के साथ रहने का आदेश करेंगा । aap turant is Kanoon Ka upyog Karke Apne mamle Ko uchit nyayalaya mein dayar Karke Apne mamle Ko suljha sakte hain .
